I purchased the SMEG BM93BL 90 cm Dual Fuel Range Cooker, expecting top-tier quality given its high price. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.
Multiple Knob Malfunctions: Several of the knobs do not function correctly, making it difficult to operate the cooker as intended.
Electrical/Ticking Fault: There is a persistent electrical ticking noise, which seems to indicate a fault within the unit.
Physical Damage: I also discovered a dent on the top of the cooker, which is unacceptable for a brand-new product of this caliber.
To make matters worse, SMEG's customer service has been incredibly challenging to deal with. Despite repeated attempts to resolve these issues, I have encountered significant delays and a lack of responsiveness from their support team. Adding to my frustration, SMEG does not seem to offer a way to leave reviews online, making it difficult to share honest feedback about my experience.
Given these issues, I cannot recommend this product, especially considering the premium price.
