Purchased a Smeg kettle and toaster which cost nearly £300
The kettle stuck to the base after a few uses.
As a result I had a third degree burn on my thigh.
An assessor from Smeg came and looked at the kettle and assured me someone would be in touch.
A very arrogant and rude company. I’m permanently scarred for life, with no concern from this company.
I won’t be letting this drop and would post pictures if I could.
