I am writing to formally raise a complaint about both the customer service I have experienced in Canada and the safety of one of your products. Firstly, the customer service I received was extremely disappointing. The representatives were rude, unresponsive, and showed no concern for my questions or requests for assistance. Emails were ignored, and I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously at all. This level of service is unacceptable for a company of your reputation. Secondly, and more importantly, there was a very serious issue with the product itself. A screw came loose and fell into the food, creating a dangerous situation where someone could easily have choked. This is a major safety hazard and cannot be ignored. When I reported this issue, the lack of urgency and care in your response was shocking. I expect an immediate investigation into this matter, as well as a clear explanation of how you intend to prevent this from happening again. Additionally, I request a formal apology and a proper resolution to this situation.
