Horrific customer services, the worst attitude when it comes to customers. Quick to be on your case if you under pay them by £1 but when they owe you the deposit back they'll change the rules, lie and give you any excuse not to give you the money owed to you. Absolutely appalling and shameful company. The absolute worst.
