They sent excess papers beyond what we ordered, ignored our £1,000 deposit, and withheld papers if a payment was a day late. After closing the account, I asked them for five days to collect vouchers, which would reduce the final bill. They ignored these requests, despite giving me multiple ticket numbers. Instead, they sent a threatening email causing me significant stress. I explained multiple times about my disability, but they ignored it. Only when I said I would leave a Google review and complain, they suddenly agreed to collect them. If closing the account was why they delayed, they should have told me upfront. This was my experience”

Quick to be on your case if you under pay them by £1 but when they owe you the deposit back they'll change the rules, lie and give you any excuse not to give you the money owed to you.
