My package was ordered over 3 weeks ago as a gift and still has not arrived. I emailed customer service wondering where my package is and a week ago and still have not heard back from them I understand it’s the holiday season but what I’m asking is not rocket science it’s a simple question however this is proving to be too difficult for smokeday.com I know if they try really hard they can do this I hate to sound like, a Karen but it’s infuriating to be ignored.
