“I ordered 10 glass one hitters and the majority of them were defective. I tried 4 of them and all of them clogged up before finishing the first loosely packed bowl. The hole going from bowl to stem was way too small. Air barely made it through. Smokeday has a policy that they only accept returns on unused products. However, I had to use the product in order to realize it was defective. I explained this situation to their customer service and made an exception to their rule. They stood behind the quality of their products and issued me a full refund. The customer service rep, Rose Ann, was very polite and helpful. They will absolutely continue to get my business.”
