Their phone number says due to covid pssst! Covid scare was years ago now for working issues. Come on! Really that’s still your excuse. Covid! They can’t take phone calls only emails. So then answer your emails. Be professional and send the correct and or fully working products to your customers.”
“Made my first order for a 200$+ Lookah and paid 40 extra for shipping. It arrived seven days later and then when it arrived, it had a defect causing it to leak. They obviously didn’t water test or even check if the piece had any problems. Emailed them immediately and a day later they finally send us a label and in the same email it suggests calling a week later to ensure they received the defect piece.
Within 20 minutes of getting the return label we dropped it off at ups completely packed the way they had it. Three days later and haven’t heard back from them or even an update on a replacement or anything. Assuming it takes a week for them to get it, then another week to ship it to me. So three weeks after paying extra for shipping and received a defect piece. Insanely upsetting and definitely not buying anything here again. Buy or beware.”

If you’re working from home tell you the email send an email they refuse emails. “I purchased a 45 degree Illuminating ashcather from SmokeDay. Upon arrival I was excited to try this baby out. After using it for one session, I noticed all my water from the ashcather was pulled into my water pipe. With no water in the ashcatcher, the ashcatcher itself is rendered useless. So I have to fill it up between every single hit. I contacted SmokeDay about the issue and even sent them a video. They told me nothing was wrong with my product and that nothing could be done. I tried to explain over and over to them that this ashcatcher did not work as intended and time and time again they shut me down. If you're looking for quality glass, I would not recommend this company whatsoever. There are plenty of other more trusted and premium carriers.”
