I ordered a BOGO but only received 1 item. After struggling with customer service for several days, I sent them a picture of their own shipping label which clearly showed only 1 item shipped, instead of 2. Apparently they ignored their own shipping info until they were forced to acknowledge it. I also got bad delivery info that showed delivery 24 hrs before it actually arrived. After all that, both delivered items are UNUSABLE. On the first item, the neck is incorrectly angled over the bowl which means your face is directly over the flame when lighting. Ouch! On the second item, there's a blockage somewhere between the bowl and end of the neck, making it impossible to draw. This was a TOTAL waste of time and money, plus lots of frustration. Do NOT recommend unless you enjoy getting cheated.

Worst customer service in history! It took a month to get a refund. And i asked for assistance to purchase something to replace it and they wouldn't even respond. If you email them, don't expect a response for a couple of weeks.

This company sells products to minors then has a short return window so the item cannot be returned for a refund. Do better Smoke Day!!!!

These guys do not understand what glue to use or how to use it. Back to back shipments with a glycerin filled bong with a broken or melted sealant. Sticky mess EVERYWHERE. I get one mistake but two of the exact same bongs with the exact same issue??

My order never showed because the used the post office instead of FedEx or ups. They have stopped answering emails and never sent a replacement. Wish I could give 0

I was sent something completely different from what I ordered. I emailed the day it arrived that it was incorrect. No response. I’ve sent another email with no response. Their phone number says due to covid pssst! Covid scare was years ago now for working issues. Come on! Really that’s still your excuse. Covid! They can’t take phone calls only emails. So then answer your emails. Be professional and send the correct and or fully working products to your customers.

Made my first order for a 200$+ Lookah and paid 40 extra for shipping. It arrived seven days later and then when it arrived, it had a defect causing it to leak. They obviously didn’t water test or even check if the piece had any problems. Emailed them immediately and a day later they finally send us a label and in the same email it suggests calling a week later to ensure they received the defect piece. Within 20 minutes of getting the return label we dropped it off at ups completely packed the way they had it. Three days later and haven’t heard back from them or even an update on a replacement or anything. Assuming it takes a week for them to get it, then another week to ship it to me. So three weeks after paying extra for shipping and received a defect piece. Insanely upsetting and definitely not buying anything here again. Buy or beware.

Sent me something that was broken can’t use can’t call the number because they have a message email us we are working from home well how was the product sent? If you’re working from home tell you the email send an email they refuse emails. Hookah quartz mini unicorn avoid this company tell you get your money back, but there’s no way to get it because there’s no way to reach them

Absolutely horrible. Lied to me multiple times about even sending me the item. Tried to blame USPS. Refuse to give refund till I send back a product that was never received. Straight stole my money.

UPS lost my package filed a claim and the company still gives me the runaround like I lost it. Horrible customer service and response time to emails.

have purchased numerous times. They have very terrible customer service. If you have a problem with your order they will be of NO HELP! spend the extra few dollars and get a good pipe from another site. Cuz this ain't it

My package was ordered over 3 weeks ago as a gift and still has not arrived. I emailed customer service wondering where my package is and a week ago and still have not heard back from them I understand it’s the holiday season but what I’m asking is not rocket science it’s a simple question however this is proving to be too difficult for smokeday.com I know if they try really hard they can do this I hate to sound like, a Karen but it’s infuriating to be ignored.

I purchased a 45 degree Illuminating ashcather from SmokeDay. Upon arrival I was excited to try this baby out. After using it for one session, I noticed all my water from the ashcather was pulled into my water pipe. With no water in the ashcatcher, the ashcatcher itself is rendered useless. So I have to fill it up between every single hit. I contacted SmokeDay about the issue and even sent them a video. They told me nothing was wrong with my product and that nothing could be done. I tried to explain over and over to them that this ashcatcher did not work as intended and time and time again they shut me down. If you're looking for quality glass, I would not recommend this company whatsoever. There are plenty of other more trusted and premium carriers.

I purchased the 6" wormhole steamroller glass pipe. I wanted to extoll its wondrous beauty and superior craftsmanship! But don't expect yours to look anything like the pictures or description, not even close. The quality is NOT the same, seems disingenuous like a bait and switch. Other then that it does work well, been verified.
