I was sent something completely different from what I ordered. I emailed the day it arrived that it was incorrect. No response. I’ve sent another email with no response. Their phone number says due to covid pssst! Covid scare was years ago now for working issues. Come on! Really that’s still your excuse. Covid! They can’t take phone calls only emails. So then answer your emails. Be professional and send the correct and or fully working products to your customers.
