“I ordered the modul add on for my studenglass g infuser. Received it and it didn't work. Talked to smoke day via email only to be ignored for 3 weeks... had to go directly to studenglass for customer service. Smoke day don't care about you just your money... very dissatisfied”
“Got a bong that didnt work, the initial shipping was fast but getting a replacement was a pretty exhausting process emailing support over and over again trying to get basic information, and then when the replacement came today it technically works just super low quality. Genuinely dont recommend this site.”
