We started using SMS Broadcast due to the cost-effectiveness, 3p per message as opposed to 36p per message from our existing supplier. My expectations were therefore quite low, however, I am delighted, packed full of features, free access to APIs, email reply forwarding for free, etc, etc.
This service has streamlined my daily/weekly tasks so much, making my department more efficient, I believe in working smarter and not harder - SMS Broadcast helps me do that with ease.
