We have been using this service as part of our customer contact. Customers are reluctant to answer a number they don't know and that can make getting through them a challenge. Since using the SMS Broadcast text service we have found a greater receptiveness to calls. We have been able to set templates up for speed and as the manager I am able to pull off information regarding volumes etc to help me track. This service is excellent, easy to navigate and would be highly recommended by myself and my company.
