I have been using sms broadcast for well over 12 months and found them to be excellent with instant, reliable delivery of all messages. I have only found it necessary to get in touch with them once, by email, and the minor problem was sorted within the day. I feel it is a good indicator of how good a company is by the way they sort out problems and this could not have been better experience.
