This is an excellent service even better than my phone provider. I love the fact that I can trace calls and know immediately the message has been delivered. My only very mild negative is that it is a little difficult to use from the mobile website. It could do with an easy use dedicated mobile phone site. However, my main and original use is from a computer which it serves its use more than expected.
