SMS Broadcast, is just what we had been looking for. A way to keep our customers up to date and avoid any missed appointments. We find the templates very quick and easy to use. This has helped us do that. Is it fast, affordable, and we currently have had no issues. If I was to have any feedback, it would be once you have pressed send on the text, it states 'will take 5 seconds to send' I find it would be good for that to then change to 'Sent' once it has gone because I don't want to press 'send another text' unless it is still sending.
