I have a very busy job as a Transport Manager running 43 drivers/trucks. My mobile is constantly on the go all day long so trying to write text messages was a pain as when I was trying to write the drivers would ring in which takes over the phone. Since SMS I can type at the keyboard and take oncoming calls at the same time. SMS has made a big difference to me getting my job done.
