It’s so much easier to use than the provider we had been using previously. With SMS Broadcast I can simply copy/paste numbers from excel, no need to upload files. Their system automatically removes any duplicate numbers & tells me. It’s easy to review old/sent messages to re-use by copy/pasting or setting up a new template message. I also love the different options of showing your number to customers or just company name. Also the option to receive reply’s via email without giving out your mobile number.
