SMS Broadcast is very easy to set up, understand and use.
My IT professional was able to link our proprietary software to their API very very quickly so that we could send SMS Texts to our customers to confirm their orders had been despatched.
Its worked since then without incident and our customers greatly appreciate our ability to quickly confirm their orders. Its a definite marketing plus that strengthens relationships. I recommend this product.
