We are very happy with SMS broadcast and the fact it is directly linked to our email software, so we don't have to import all our clients.
Templates are easy to create and manage. We also very enjoy the detailed history of all messages and to be able to see the status if they were delivered. Very useful and inexpensive tool for everyday communication with clients.
