It was a good and easy experience to set up the account. And Rachel was very helpful in chat to explain what and how. However when I sent second bunch of sms , 700 were rejected. They explained that I was charged for two sms because my message exceeded 160 characters and was 161. That was very disappointing that my message didn’t get to my customers. I’m sure I checked the length of sms and it was 160 characters....
