Great pricing and a platform that is super easy to use! I can schedule individual or group texts, I can select if the text comes from a dedicated number, business name or group pool of numbers and customers can even reply. I can also set up templates and easily insert them into a text. Only downside is that texts to and from customers aren't kept in the one thread (if you choose to have a 2-way conversation). Great platform for what we need it for otherwise!
