I'm not tech savvy by any means and SMS broadcast have a very user friendly interface that's easy to navigate, makes perfect sense and tech support is only a phone call away. I'm happy I've made the transition from relying solely on email delivery to now providing sms to customers. The response rate has been impressive so well worth the small investment.
