SMS broadcast has helped me run my small business for a few years now and I would very highly recommend the service. It allows me to contact multiple clients at once, and to send reminders without spending time on the phone, waiting for it to ring... Leaving messages that never are returned. With SMS broadcast, you can see that a message has been received and know your client is being kept informed.
