We have been using SMS Broadcast to help with our sales and scheduling, and it has been a huge help. Staff find it so easy to use that we find they follow procedures a lot better and we have increased our sales conversions and also our scheduling efficiency with truck fleet.
It is a simple system but I think that is its strength, if it was more complicated I don't think we would still be using it.
