SMS Broadcast increased my business's capacity to communicate with staff dramatically. It was quick and cost effective way to communicate with over 300 staff members.
The ability to put our staff into groups (educators, coordinators, managers) was great and made it very easy communicating with the desired group without having to sift through the 300 contacts.
We will definitely be using SMS in the future.
