SMSBroadcast is simple and easy to use. It has greatly improved our efficiency for our bulk promotions and campaigns. Definitely a very valuable tool for simple campaigns and notifications. We haven't made use of any further functionality, so may be a little limited in two-way interactions, but for simple tasks, it's super effective.
