SMS broadcast has been a wonderful addition to our business. We use it both internally and for notifications to our clients. We have found SMS notifications to be the fastest way to get a response. Emergency notifications for power outages at our site as well as temperature alarms in our server room have been connected to the service. This enables us to respond quickly.
