We've been using SMS Broadcast for about 2 years, primarily for appointment reminders - we do many thousands of these each year. The service works well, the price is great, and the option to have an inbound number to receive reply messages is useful. The templates for sending to multiple clients lend themselves well to simple automation and help to avoid transcription mistakes. I recommend it!
