We use SMS Broadcast daily as a way of contacting our clients. Our phone number displays as private and a lot of people won't answer. We following up these calls with a quick text message and they usually call us back straight away. We also use SMS Broadcast as a bulk weekend broadcast to about 100 people to provide information updates.
