We love using sms broadcast to stay in touch with our clients and our staff out on the field. It is so much quicker than using the mobile phone. The only problem we find is that it is annoying as we can't copy and past mobile numbers directly into the number field as we store them using the spacing and sms broadcast does not allow for that. We have used the service for the past 6 years and it has never let us down.
