We use sms to send appointment reminders to clients. It is useful being able to check that the message has been delivered. The reply facility is really useful. Clients often want to send a message to reschedule or to let us know they are running late. Sending and receiving messages to a pc is much easier than using a mobile. I usually cut and paste messages rather than using the merge function. The service has the facility to select a mobile to use as the sender and to receive replies. This is useful if you want to make a message more personal. I also like to write messages ahead of time and set the later delivery. The service is very reliable and has not let us down.
