We began using SMS Broadcast to notify customers of our delivery times. It very quickly became apparent that there were much wider uses for this service than just notifications. We now use SMS Broadcast for our Customer ordering rather than email and send texts with specials and deals also. We have been using this service for about 3 years and have never had any problems with sending or reciept. I would highly recommend this service to anyone wishing to keep in contact with a large customer base.
