SMS Broadcast is a great service - while having a somewhat basic interface, it does what it says it does - sends SMS's, on an individual or bulk basis, at a fantastic price. Reporting tools again are somewhat basic but there and functional, and you can get the info you need from them. Customer service is FANTASTIC - any issue (or if I've ever needed anything that wasn't there in the interface/tools) I've just had to send a quick email/phonecall, very prompt and friendly response - to be honest I was not expecting the level of customer service for the bargain level pricing!
