I recently began using SMS Broadcast as a tool to confirm appointments with customers. This system works perfectly for our business and I'm looking at other ways to utilise it. The service I have received has been excellent, any initial queries were answered in a prompt and professional manner. I love that you can set up templates and text the same message to multiple customers.
