I find SMS Broadcast very easy to use and very effective in reminding people of upcoming events. Since we have been using SMS Broadcast the numbers attending our events has increased out of sight.
We find people are very busy and an SMS reminder is the most effective form of reminder, and find that people are now relying on this. Emails get the detailed message out there but SMS reminds them in a short message prior to the event.
We have also had very few people Opt Out.
