I've used SMS broadcast for a few years now and many thousands of SMS messages, all automated from our systems. Only a handful of times have messages not gotten through immediately and each of those times it was the carrier at fault not SMS broadcast. It has NEVER been unavailable for use. I have had one dispute which was dealt with professionally and promptly and was shown to once again be the carrier that was at fault not the SMS broadcast service. So all in all it is an excellent and reliable service, well worth the the cheap rates. I would recommend it to any business or individual wishing for a simple and cheap SMS service.
