SMS Broadcast is an easy to use service that allows our organisation to send bulk notification to a variety of customers. The reporting is simple but effective enough for what we need. The service when requiring assistance is excellence. SMS broadcast's communication when systems might be down is efficient and provides great detail. Overall I am very pleased with their service and it is a regular part of our organisations overall communication strategy.
