We had previously looked at a similar service and found it too hard and expensive to be practical. We found it via a database system that we're using.
We've found it simple to set up and the customer service has been outstanding.
It sends out emails and then allows for replies via email which is good for us.
Our only issue is that we can't get the SMS from our database system to send sms from our name rather than a mobile phone number. But i don't think that this is the fault of SMSbroadcast.
We would recommend this to others.
