I rely on SMS Broadcast to regularly send text messages to notify me of critical IT Infrastructure alarms, so the speedy and reliable receipt of a SMS when a server is down is very important.
It then allows me to be very responsive to high severity incidents affecting important applications and hardware faults.
The service has been rock solid, not a hitch in all the time I've been a customer, and thus I can highly recommend SMS Broadcast to everyone.
