As part of a government organisation I found the SMS broadcast absolutely wonderful in reminding my clients of upcoming events or courses they are booked into. Previously it meant at least 30-40 phone calls per information session now its 1 message and hit the send button,. All my staff have access and can add the numbers to the specific group.
