I was previously using message bird for our community organisation and was having nothing but problems with sending failures, multiple sending attempts (when I only sent the message once) and very poor customer service and no resolution of my problem.
I cut my losses and changed to SMS broadcast after some online research and had almost 100% sending on the first go. I am so happy with the system and definitely recommend it to everyone (especially with the special price for initial purchase) 5 Stars!
