Very easy to use, only suggestions that i can make would be;
1. A forum might be handy for sending difficulty Q&A's (have had troubles working out how to eliminate spacing on Excel when preparing a data list)
2. Still not sure about the "reply Stop" set up, thought it might automatically delete contacts, but not too sure whether i have set it up wrong or you dont provide that service
But compared to your competition, you're smashing it!!!
