A well-thought-out service that has just the right features for us, very reasonable rates, and sensible conditions (such as credits not expiring) - and very good explanations and documentation. The 'Send a message' wizard is very easy to use although it does plod along a bit (but I'm glad they haven't sacrificed simplicity of use for keep-you-guessing minimalism). Streets ahead of the other services we looked at.
