I found SMS Broadcast while experimenting with a mobile phone as a network device only (i.e. no $$plan)
Love the slick interface, integrated address book and the history/tools. I even use it from my desktop PC occasionally. The service seems to be reliable, very fast, and the price is just right. Recommended!
