It was may first time using the sms broadcast so I wasn't sure how it would go. The sms broadcast people were very helpful in setting up my account and taking me through the in and outs of the system. I set up my message, dated it and organised for replies to come back to my email through the sms broadcast. I was very pleased with the result as it was quick and easy and cost effective and had replies coming through within 2 minutes of it going out. Normally 2 of us would spend half a day each ring around to our customers to get a reply so I was so happy with the time that it saved. I would recommend it to any business.
