I am the manager of Gold Coast Ostomy Association and SMS Broadcast was recommended to us by a colleague in Melbourne. I found it very easy to set up and even had a call immediately when I requested one to double check that what I had done was correct. The staff member I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. We have only been using the service for a week now and already it has cut down time and phone calls. Can't praise the service enough. I highly recommend it for any business wishing to utilise an sms service.
