I changed SMS providers to SMS broadcast as they have a help desk within Australia. I found their service simple and straightforward. I was able to set the Alpha-Numeric Sender ID for our organisation the same day. With a previous provider i wasn't able to get this set up after emailing backwards and forwards repeatedly.
