I think it's simple and easy to understand. If you really wanted to make it heaps better than your competitors I would suggest a better interface for the site. Although overall, there is nothing to complain about it does what it should without any issues so far. Love how you can also send text messages to clients without giving them option for them to reply, and add our business names. Good for the purpose we wanted to take up this service in the first place, that is, to send text message to clients to remind them of their meetings.
