As one of the Senior Wine Advisor's using this sms facility, I've found it a great 'call to action' way of communicating with customers and on a personal basis. I've had some decent sales via this service and will continue to use it. It feels immediate when you receive these messages and I believe it inspires customers to respond and its over to our skills from there to sell. Thanks Barry
